ENGLISH VERSION
Our mobile home, which accommodates 6/8 people, has 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom is en suite) and there are 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, over the bed storage and bedside cabinets. The twin rooms have cupboards over the beds, there is a shared bedside table and each room has a wardrobe.

There is a second shower/WC adjacent to the twin rooms.

The well-appointed U-shaped kitchen has ample and storage and three worktops, along with a gas cooker, with a 4-ring hob, grill and main oven, over which there is an extractor hood with built-in lighting.

A dual-function microwave is also included. There is a dedicated space for the fridge/freezer (replaced in 2022), around which are built-in full-height shelves and a 10-bottle wine rack.

The dining area includes a table and four chairs — renewed in 2022.

The lounge area comprises a large built-in sofa, which also has a fold-out double bed (that we have never used). There is also a new coffee table.

Hot water is provided by a gas boiler in the utility room (which could accommodate a washing machine). In the bedrooms there are high level electric blown air heaters; in each shower room there are electric heaters/towel rails and in the lounge there is a gas-effect electric fire set in a fireplace above which there is space for the TV (also included).

Outside there is a large wooden decking area (3x8 metres), which is included in the sale.

Our mobile home is available from early October, but must be off site by the end of December 2024.
